摘要:

从规范不变性出发,利用电子与空穴散射对称性,推导出Majorana 零偏压量子化电导平台的值为2e2 / h,得到的结

果与现有理论相同,表明出现Majorana 零偏压量子化电导平台的本质原因是规范不变性.

Abstract:

Based on the gauge invariance and the symmetry of electron and hole scattering,the value of Majorana zero-bias quantized conductivity platform is deduced to be 2e2 / h. The result is the same as the existing theory.It is shown that the essential reason for the appearance of Majorana zero-bias quantized conductivity platform is

  based on the gauge invariance.
